Was today a Positive gyration of the stock Market?

Let me guess, conservatives will say the dow drops because of Obama but if it gains it is because of something a republican did 20 years ago.

also if the economy turns around by the end of the year it will have nothing to do with what the government is doing, it would have "fixed itself"anyway LOL

Okay, Obama is to be given credit for the rise in the stock market: He kept his mouth shut.

One day of purchases based on a single news story about CitiGroup. Watch the rest of the week as people sell off and take profits in an attempt to get out of the market. Sorry Obama has done exactly what FDR did durring the depression...extended it with useless spending programs. Obama is a smooth talker but seems to have little knowledge of history... or is the destruction of the US economy all part of his plan?

The market would have fixed itself by the end of the year if Obama had left it alone unfortunately I suspect he will do as FDR did and extend it 5 years or so.

yes, everyday we must see it as a positive if we want a great life. Everyday of my life is great & I am thankful for all that is being done to stop things from bringing negativity to so many wonderful people. I don't know what the stock market will show tomorrow but I know we are doing good things & that is what we need to do.Yes, you are right about the outlook for most republcans. They feel so afraid if others are happy. They feel happy when others are suffering & this shows in everything they do. In there support of republicans, in their love for Rush, everything they do is so others will have a harder time in life. So who cares what they say anyway.

Well, here's a thought. It rebounded because Citigroup posted profits. I wonder if the bail out money was counted as a profit making endeavor?
