What's the longest you've had period pain for BEFORE your period comes?

Sarcastic guys need not answer, I already know what you're going to say!

Update:

I normally get it on and off about 3-4 days before but I've had it constantly for a week (but negative pregnancy test)

2 days also your body temperature increases, you maybe get heaviness in your breasts, or maybe pain in your legs, or you will feel tired or thirsty (it depends on the individuals) so be safe and healthy.
