Yes. Arm every citizen over the age of 5 south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Once the smoke clears, we can repopulate that festering part of this nation.

FBI crime statistics show the highest rates of gun violence, including murder, happen in the South. So, increasing gun ownership should speed up the process.

And while I was trained by police and MPs on firearms, if they all shoot like my brother-in-law, then there would be lots of collateral damage - especially with the arsenal he has (yeah, he lives in the South).
