Where do I find a Mining law outline for law school?

    Are you in law school? If so, try and find someone who took the class last semester or year. Ask if you can have a copy of theirs. Bribe them if necessary. Seeing where the class is going can be an invaluable tool to help you get a grip on the material.

    Otherwise, the Emmanuel's line of books and study aids is pretty good (I don't know if they cover mining and mineral rights). Try amazon or lawbooks.com.
