The things you can control are: drinking plenty of water. Your body needs to be hydrated and can help keep your skin hydrated, and this can also reduce the rate of acne for yourself. Also, try and touch your face as little as possible. Your hands contain a lot of germs and bacteria that can get into the pores of your face and clog your pores, creating acne. Try wearing very little makeup on your face, also. You can of course still wear it, but try to refrain from those makeups that are applied all over your face. If you want to wear makeup, look for the noncomedgenic (sp) makeup, which isn't supposed to clog your pores.

As a routine for washing your face, wash your face when you wake up and right before you sleep. If your face gets really oily (like mine) you can wash it in the middle of the day, also. Don't wash your face more than three times a day, though. Remember to exfoliate your face at least twice a week; you can find exfoliants at drug stores. Also remember to moisturize your face; try using face lotion that has at least 35 spf to protect your skin from sun rays.

    GOOD LUCK!

Ahh! Im crazy over my skin! Healthy is everything so I suggest that you wash in the morning with a sopa free cleanser with no fragrance and a cleanser with a little medication in it at night (I use Neutrogenas Oil Free Grapefruit Cleanser its fantastic!), then make sure your not picking at zits or anything and try not to touch your face alot especially if you know your hands are dirty (Its a very hard habit to break!), then just maintain good hygein and even wash in the shower with Neutrogenas Body Break Out scrub, even if you dont have acne its good to keep them at bay. Mousturize too!

consistently, consistently, consistently wash your face with a delicate cleanser in the past mattress. you will no longer have confidence how lots this would help shrink the kind of zits you have! Plus, your pores and skin will for sure have a glow once you awaken and your make up will choose the flow on completely. in case you come across that it relatively is drying your pores and skin, use a mild-weight moisturizer. Pull your hair right into a severe pony once you sleep. each and every of the products on your hair flow out of your hair to your pillow and then out of your pillow to your face inflicting heavily clogged pores. Oh! certainly one of my own faves (thank you mom) is when you shave, scrub your legs with a sponge which you employ for dishes ( ya be attentive to those with one area scrubby and the different area no longer? those are appropriate.). Your pores and skin would be super duper gentle plus, it's going to make your shave final as long as two times as long!!! wish I helped!

Well I would go to your derm to get special soap for your skin type and find out what lotion will make your skin moisturized without being greasy. Also don't leave any makeup on over night. Uhh umm, also drink lots of water. And don't pop pimples or zits.

Okay i used to have alot of spots! so i started drinking 2L of water a day, taking off my make up at night and always washing with hot water at night and morning, and applying a toner both morning and night. Using asprin and water to exfoliate one a week. this helped so much! BUT.. the greatest thing that got me to clear skin was these herbal pisll.."Clear complexion" you can get them at boots, asda, tesco etc, and are less that £3!!!!!! amazing !!!!!!
