Weight Loss Exhaustion?
I have recently been going back to the gym and working out to try to get back in a routine. I am recently married and my husband and I are doing this together. I am doing great and working hard, but I am having a hard time understanding why I am so exhausted all the time. I get plenty of sleep and I am eating healthy foods (Not too much, not too little and getting all of my nutrients and drinking plenty of water). Has anyone else experience this? Can anyone help me out with some suggestions of what I am doing wrong? Thank you!

are you getting enough carbs?
there was a huge low-carb craze a few years ago, but some people tend to forget that carbs (ie sugar and fructose) provides you with the energy you need to function (thats why apple and grape juice are good for the brain and body)
