Game with cardboard disks, from the 90's?

I've been trying to remember what this game was called. It was a fad in the early to mid 90's, mostly among middle school and junior high kids. You had bunch of cardboard disks with all sorts of pictures printed on them, and sometimes they were shiny or holographic. There was also a big metal disk, that looked a lot like a shuriken or throwing star. I don't remember the exact rules to play, but you threw the shuriken at the cardboard disks, and depending on how or where they landed, either you got to keep them, or whoever you were playing against kept them.

Update:

Yes! Pogs! I was thinking Pong, but I knew that was wrong. Yes! Pogs!
