What are some questions I could ask for a mom-to-be trivia game at a baby shower?
I already have things like:What is the nursery theme, What is the baby's name going to be...now I'm stumped!

Ask questions about the family tree.
Ask developmental questions, including gestational development. These are about babies in general, of course, not this specific littlie.
Ask child-rearing questions, maybe quoting specific authorities ("According to Dr. Spock, what should a parent do if their 10-month-old starts ...?")

How many children does dad want?
How often does baby get hiccups?
What is the book mom looks forward to reading to baby?
What is the lullabe mom looks most forward to singing to baby?
(Hope that helps!)

I find it easier to use preset questions from a game. I know it is a cop out but it saves me time and energy plus they look pretty.
I found these and they have some trivia ones too.

How about questions like this:
Is it going to be a boy or girl
What does she want the baby to be when he/she grows up
What has she been craving most of
Where would she like the baby to be born
Does she think the baby will look more like her or the baby's dad
What's the due date
