I'm a busy mom of 2 little ones and I want to make a career change, but not sure of the best decision. I want something in the medical field, but I have a full time job, so training has to offer night or online classes. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you for your time.

I used Nice & easy and my redish blonde hair is now a light strawberry blonde. If I use the same light blonde color again, will it lighten my hair more? And will my hair fall out if I color it again so soon?

Is it possible for a baby with reflux to tolerate enfamil lipil better than similac advance? My 6 week old daughter has reflux. I mostly breastfeed her, but sometimes supplement with formula. We tried supplementing with similac advance first-she projectile spat up every single time, so the doc switched her to similac isomil - a soy based formula - she did much better. We ran out of the isomil and the only thing I had handy was a sample of Enfamil Lipil. She did not spit up. Could she be tolerating this milk-based formula better than the other or could it be her reflux getting better?

He is constantly telling me NO when I tell him or ask him to do something...which I know to a certain extent is normal for this age...but he is flat out defiant. When my husband and I try to correct his bad behavior he will throw things, try to hit us and start screaming. What can I do to get him to listen to me and know that I am the boss...not him? Needless to say he is not potty trained either because he refuses to even sit on the potty...and everyone says don't rush him, he will go when he's ready-but he is 3 1/2! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I think my tooth is becoming infected. Before I got pregnant, my dentist gave me some amoxicillin and I have some left over. I need a root canal but I am trying to wait until after I have the baby to get it done.

I don't know what to do and I don't know where to start. I took my son to the children's dentist today and the whole experience was horrific! He screamed the whole time and was terrified and only let (not by his choice) the assistant brush his teeth. He was suppose to get 2 fillings but we have to be referred to a specialist that puts kids under to work on their teeth. The employees made me feel like my son was the worst child ever! This is my breaking point because I know he has behavioral issues that need to be addressed, but I'm not sure what to do. He is very stubborn, if he doesn't get his way, he throws tantrums, whines and cries-which is part of the terrible two's-but compared to other children his age, he is very extreme in his actions and defiance. I've tried time out, spankings, talking, etc. He is mean to other children, when extended family members want a hug or to talk to him he screams NO! or UUHHH! and swings at them! When it is bedtime he cries and cries and always ends up in my bed sometime during the night. A lot of this is my fault because I don't want him to cry all night, so I allow him to get in my bed. I feel like he is scared and I don't want him to be. And potty training is a disaster he won't even sit on the potty! What am I doing wrong? Give it to me straight and any advice at all is welcomed and truly appreciated!

It says my computer doessn't have all the requirements but it lets me play....just really slow! Any tips or tricks that could help me play or should I just give up on the game? If I should give up, are there any similar games like Second Life that are fun? Thanks!

If we are having a girl, her first name is going to be Haylie...and her middle name is undecided. My husband likes Michelle, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions for a middle name? Also, if it's a boy we can't agree on a name, so suggestions are welcome for boy names too! Thanks!!

I've looked online and I haven't seen any that I like. I just want something to go under my 2 year old's carseat, so he doesn't spill anything or get stains on the seats. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated!!!
