    Without a doubt the EPL is the best, followed by La Liga, then Serie A. All the rest are bare no importance world widely, execpt within their own boundaries.

    Serie A because La Liga is just Barcelona and Madrid

    Epl as u said the best( although I am not fanatic of epl) laliga is next,

    seria follows, but interims of qualities individuals, seria players better than any league,
