Toyota Fj40!!!!!!! conosieurs, your help is needed?

I really want to leave all the drive train in my fj40 1963. I like the inline six and would like to modify it to get more horsepower and torque out of it. I want to see if anybody knows of products or companies or even better little tricks I can do to this engine to modify it. I don't want a chevy engine or ford or buick. I want to stick with toyota. Also will any of the toyota supra parts fit in my inline six? Anybody with answers or websites or books please feel free to answer and thanks
