1984 honda magna v30 starts and runs at idle smooth,but when throttle is used past 1/4 throttle, it bogs and stalls. I have tried pretty much everything, any magic cures?

Pull the main jets and remove obstruction in them.If they have rubber o-rings on the jets replace them.That will stop any cutting out it may have.Could be low on fuel or a discharged battery.If some one turned the carburetor air screws in or out too far it will also bog and die.If these carburetors have a air balance rubber tube joining the two carbs and they are cracked leaking air,correct it.I hope this helps
