In order to get the $200/$300 price, you have to sign a 2 year contract with AT&T that requires the $30/month data plan as well as a voice plan which runs from $40/month (450 rollover minutes) to $100/month (unlimited calls). Text plans are optional and extras. They cost $5, $15 and $20/month.

So the least expensive plan is $70/month and the most expensive is $150/month.

Note - the data plan is required and cannot be removed during the 2 year contract term.

You can't buy the iPhone without the required 30 dollar Internet plan sorry.

I pay 100 a month for unlimited net and text 450 mins free m2m nights and weekends

they don't allow you to buy an iphone w/o internet/data plan.

and thats 30 a month unlimited texting is 20

and idk if you don't use ATT but yeah.
