Unprotected sex a week before period, am I pregnant?
I am the worst person at remembering to take my birth control. My husband and I had sex a few times the week before last without my birth control. My period came a few days late, but it has been light and only lasted 2 days. (Not my usual 5-6) Another thing is that my cramps usually come the day I start my period, but they came about 24 hours earlier than the period. The weirdest part is that the little blood that did come was black about 90% of the time. I've continued to have cramps and my breats have been super sore. Could I be pregnant? Possible miscarriage or just symptoms of a new birth control? Thanks!

Sounds like you have to take a pregnancy test. You would have a positive test by now if you were pregnant. But yes, you could be pregnant even if you had your period, especially since it was so short.

It is very possible that you are pregnant. Tender breasts is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. You need to get a test or go to a doctor.
