Stuck on an art project!?

Try painting something with your eyes closed. My teacher used to make me look at something then draw it with my eyes closed. Plenty of discord there :)

For me, not knowing when I'm done, is a problem. Getting started usually isn't hard, if I'm in the right mood, but it's all in the mood. Your subject matter is pretty abundant, just pick up a news paper, find a story that fits your criteria and picture it in your head, even multiple images in a blend work well. Remember, balance, and perspective.

you could paint an abtract painting with different shapes and lines in colors that dont match and are dull, because discord is generally not a good thing so i wouldnt use bright happy colors

Well the definition of discord is lack of agreement or harmony, so I would draw people fighting, with screwed-up music note around them. That'd be cool.

I suck on things. But I've never tried art. Thank you for the advise I will try it and get back to you.
