What kind exercise results in the greatest weight loss?

eg swimming, running, walking etc

    Try this

    Three days - first week: 30 min running each day (do not eat any sweets for the first week)

    Four days - second week: 40 min running each day (try not to eat bread)

    two days - third week: 20 min running one day and 30 next

    repeat this for 2 month and you should lose about 5-6 kg

    i found the e book to be very informative and straight forward to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm only in contact that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too at present. i will admit i've got not accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet often) and doing little or no workout, however the burden retains flying off. It for sure works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me simply by volume that i might lose. So thank you returned for the innovations. i've got never offered something like this until now simply by fact they are often crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start on the instant!

    The one you can sustain for the longest amount of time -- or rather the one you enjoy the most.

    Running 3 miles or walking 3 miles essentially burns the same amount of calories.

    But if you hate to run or walk, then you'll never do either.

    Yesterday I swam 1500M, Biked 25 miles and ran 6 miles. My heart rate monitor said I burned about 2300 calories (It works fairly well in water). But I don't know where most of them were burned -- In any of the events I average between 700-800 calories per hour.
