does any coffee maker brew HOT coffee?

Automatic drip coffee makers rarely ever get hot enough. That's why I use a manual drip (Chemex). Takes very little space, costs well under $100 (depends on how many cups), and super easy to clean. All you need is a pot to boil water & pour the water over the grounds. It makes the best drip coffee ever. You do need to use their filters. Other paper filters aren't good enough, but can be used in emergencies (just need 2).

As far as looks go, it looks great and will definitely start comments. I don't do drip often, but it's the only way I'll make it.

Also, if price doesn't matter, check out a vacuum brewer. It makes a clean delicious cup from almost any bean & it's a show making the coffee.

I have a 4 cup Mr. Coffee which makes hot coffee and a 12 cup Black & Decker which also makes coffee that is hot and I don't always make 12 cups. There is a new coffee maker on the market that makes one cup at a time and the coffee is hot. I think it is called Kerig or something like that and you buy individual 1 cup containers of coffee which comes regular or decaf or flavored.

Me, I here what your saying, I can not tell you how many Black & Decker Coffee makers we have been through, we just refuse to use their products at work. But what ever you use, like us we give the coffee a 1 minute boost in the microwave also.
