iTouch 2nd Gen. generic accessories?

Are the iTouch 2nd Generation generic accessories from china safe for your iPod?

You can buy a bundle package full of everything for $14-$20; e.g.,

    If i were you i would try it because its only 20 bucks and atleast one of the cases has to work so give it a shot...
