Data can be copied to a cd.. No virus will enter if only the datas are selected. Then format u'r computer...

Dont make it late to back up the data to CD....

Another option is... U can run in safe mode (in safe mode no virus can activate) . then copie those files to a pen drive...

    Not over.

In the file and folder option click "show hidden files and folder"and also unmark the "hide extention " and also unmark the next one . Click Ok.

Then delete any unwanted files found in the pendrive (like the one haveing extention .exe , .vb , .xml , .ini).

Copy those files to a safe computer which have pakka antivirus.

Then format computer.. Keep a good antivirus.. And Wallah

Ok fine...Avg is an antivirus which is good only when u don't use the internet so regularly....

As all probs have a solution your problem too has one..

Firstly if possible back up ur imp data on to dvd's then proceed to install the trial version of kaspersky antivirus from the following link:

    http://www.kaspersky.com/trials

This not only disinfects the viruses but has an effective action against worms,trojans,spyware..etc

If possible try and install good antispyware like that of superantispyware....

Then ur system will be well n gud..i wudn't say better bcoz u need to install a firewall if u dont have one which effectively protects u against the hackers/malware kind of stuff

For firewall..try the comodo pro(has antivirus) along with it or go for Sunbelt Firewall...

    All the best

First I am not a fan of free virus programs as I have seen to many that don't catch things they should. Now as to your problem, if you can access the disks via Explorer, copy all of the files that you want to save to another disk. Once that is done, get rid of your virus program and disconnect from your Internet line for a few minutes. If you boot up in safe mode and run the malware programs such as Spybot and Adaware and such, they should pick up anything like that and get rid of it. If you can't do this and edit the regsitry to clear out anything that stuff has stored, do you have a System restorepoint that is before this started? If so try restoring to that date. If this fails then format the drive and once everything is up and running load back the files that you have saved and get a good virus program.

How about make a backup of your valuable data first? Just burn them on to a DVD before things get worse.

Then see if you want to run this online virus scan provided for free by Trend. That hopefully gets rid of some existing virii for you.

I guess you could try installing Norton Antivirus. You can get the basic edition from google for free.

    http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_installer.html

Once Norton is up and running, you can then go try fixing AVG.

Personally, I'd just format the whole computer (after I've copied my important data onto a DVD) and start from scratch as it sounds like your computer is quite messed up already. If you do go down that pathway (ie. format and re-install things), try to make a ghost or image so next time you can just restore the system back to clean state in 15 minutes.

Uninstall AVG.Its horrible.Instead Download Free Avast Home Edition.Use Firefox as UR browser and a good firewall like Comodo.Comodo has Defense+ that prevents new and unknown malware from entering UR PC.Update Avast and schedule a Boot-time Scan.

How do you comprehend that an epidemic has led to this difficulty? very few human beings get viruses (no relatively) and in case you do then an epidemic would not cease you connecting to the internet because of the fact the full element of an epidemic is get your laptop to circulate to doubtful web content and to get you to purchase pretend products or to receive your mastercard information. placed you homestead windows installation disk into your CD/DVD stress and boot from that and circulate into restoration Console and fasten the subject that way.
