Isn't what AIG did illegal? Shouldn't they get jail time, not a bonus?
- They broke the law when they created rosy looking, and obviously false assessments of company risk
- The credit/debt swaps they created to allow banks to get around rules regarding the amount of capital they needed on hand should be illegal
Can't we invalidate the bonus'? Or at least threaten them with Federal Prosecution (and follow through..)

Maybe, but doesn't matter. What Bush did was illegal. Look what happened to him. Nothing. I can guarantee you that nothing will happen. Want to know why? Because a lot of peoples pockets are lined with money not to care. If you care about anything in this country. Nvm, thought about it. Nothing we can do.
