Xbox live..points question?
I wanted to put points on my grandsons Xbox live using my Visa card. I have done this before without any problem. Now it keeps giving the message 'we cannot do this at this time, please try later'.
So I bought 2100 Xbox points from the store and tried again but got same message. My other grandson who lives in the same household is able to do his without problems. Is anyone else suffering this?.
I could not get any sense when I rang the Xbox people up.

Just buy a card from Best Buy... Ebay... Amazon... OR just try again later??? Mabye Xbox Live is down

Is the Xbox connected to Xbox Live properly? sounds like its having trouble registering the points.
