Will either of these stereos fit in my Jeep?

I have an '01 Jeep Grand Cherokee and would like to upgrade the stereo.

These are the two I'm looking at:

If anyone has any knowledge of whether or not these systems are compatible with my jeep, I'd really appreciate it.

    The VRX fits the MAX will not.
