JUDGEMENT of High Court UK on HSMP ILR?

Can someone tell me about the JUDGEMENT of High Court UK on HSMP ILR?

HSMP Forum had appealled for giving Indefininte Leave to Remain after 4 years inplace of 5 years for the people who were arrived when the qualifying criteria for ILR was 4 years.

There is no such judgment ur information is wrong. The judgment came was for renewal of HSMP after criteria was changed. Because Home Office implemented the change of rules retrospectively (for renewal of visa) so many people didnt qualify for renewal of HSMP. High court stopped Home Office for applying those rules for renewals of visas & only to apply for new cases.

It didnt effect ILR applications, its 5 years now no matter if one got qualified after 4 years in past, if he/she hasn't applied he/she must live in UK for 5 years now to qualify for ILR.

Sadly mistaken pauper prince, and that too with confidence. The ILR JR hearing took place on the 13th march and the judgment is awaited. Please keep up-to-date via www.hsmpforumltd.com. Good luck to us! Cheers.
