Some people don't understand that it's difficult to hide when you're big breasted. So as long as it's not out of control, a little cleavage shouldn't be an issue.

I really dont care, either way.
If you got the body go for it. If i had a nice rack i would show it off all the time. You can look but dont touch. If it helped me get more tips, so be it. Call me sexist, i just think in any business people like to see sexy women other than a male. Even women react differently. So if they are showing cleavage at work and as long as its not a school or something, it probably works for them.
People hire people for looks all time and if somebody wants to feel sexy by showing cleavage, go right ahead. i dont assume anything from them doing it. I just assume they want everbody to see how good they look.
Source(s): its stats wise proven that average woman makes less than the average man for doing the same job. So if you can ahead anyway how, by all means do it. - GringoLv 61 decade ago
I'm proudly pro cleavage now. I'd love to see a national Cleavage Pride movement. Kind of like Gay Pride or Puerto Rican Day. Women in positions of authority across the country would display their God given cleavage proudly to show how stupid this whole thing is and how wonderful having breasts can be. Imagine the parade we could have.

No, I don't mind it at all. I think showing some cleavage shows a sign of sexual confidence, corporate know-with-all, and looks really good.
:D

I think a little bit is OK. But, the neckline shouldn't plunge so low that all of the cleavage is visible....like where the breasts start to curve back toward the torso.

As a woman, I know it is sometimes hard to find shirts that are cute that dont show a little bit, so I dont mind, as long as it is decent and not showing their bra or clear down to their navel or anything, its fine.

No, I wouldn't mind but the company doesn't allow it. I work for a health care organization.

The women I work with...yes. I don't want to see that.
You on the other hand I would be fine with
