Hair help? Frizzy/static/baby hairs?

Ok so my sister has hair that is

*thin

*blonde

*sideswept bangs and layers

*a little below shoulder length

*naturally kind of wavy-straight

*completely flat, like, no volume at all

Her hair routine is:

*shower

*apply frizze ease hair serum

*blow dry bangs

*blow dry rest, upside down at 1st to add volume, cool at end to try and set hair

*straighten with tool science straightener, only on ends and pieces that need it, trying to keep volume

Even after all of that, her hair is still very frizzy, staticky, has baby hairs sticking up everywhere, it is straight for the most part, but not shiny or smooth, just overall a wreck. It takes the whole entire day for her hair to calm down, I see her around dinner and by that time her hair is smooth, shiny, and very pretty, but its frustrating that it takes so long to get to that point. What should she do?

Note: she can't take night showers because she has awful bed hair and she would lose any volume she had, her hair seriously would look like it's stuck to her head

Thanks!

My hair is a little similar to yours and what i usually do is take a good lotion ( just any plain body lotion but should be QUALITY) and rub a little smaller than a dime amount on my hands and between my fingers only. Then I run my fingers through my hair as if to comb my hair with my hands and usually start at the roots and smoothly go down.

Oh my word! Hey this is kind of cheating *because I have NO idea* but the EXACT same thing happens to me it's kinda freaky...

    I have blonde curly/wavy hair

    Side-swept bangs and layers

    A little below shoulder length

    Pretty volume less

SO I Shower, use Sun Silk moisturizer, blow dry upside down/straighten.

My hair isn't reallyyy frizzy but kind of, and my biggest problem is I HAVE THOSE SAME BABY HAIRS that stick up alll over when I straighten!

So i'll watch for answers & help!

    Thanksss! :D

I actual have darkish brown thick hair for sure. whilst it is darkish brown curiously healthy, extraordinary, and sounds like I actual have much less hair & thinner. Thats merely an phantasm, form of like once you place on black clothing, you seem thinner. as quickly as I get fairly blonde highlights throughout, curiously fairly thick, broken, and sounds like I actual have a ton of hair and you will see each layer and perspective. a million.) darkish brown skinny hair doesnt seem undesirable. 2.) darkish hair wont fairly make your hair seem thicker in case you have skinny hair initially. There are alot of things available to make your hair seem greater volumized which incorporate shampoos. additionally make certain you're taking a diet accepted and eat suitable food. Your hair gets greater healthy.

For me, short. a person see, hair like jared leto's look too effortless and sometimes even greasy. Shortcuts are more fun to perform with and some sttles look far better on them.

I suggest maybe trying to towel dry instead of using a blow dryer =]

I'm not a hiar specialist but when I use my blow dryer my hair freaks out and gets all puffy
