Internet Browser question?

I have been using Firefox for the longest time now. And two days ago it decided to give me a connection error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but it still gives me the page load error. SO then I go and proceed to use IE and I cant use that either. So now I am stuck using safari or google chrome. Is there a reason why FF stopped working for me? Is there anyway to fix it?

Its probably something to do with you TCP - my recommendation is to try restarting your router/modem whilst in that browser. If that doesn't work, then like someone said, try removing all add-ons. If all else fails and the vast plains of the internet fail to grant you an answer, then try system restore to a time it worked.

Do you have any Add-Ons? (If yes, try disabling all of them)

Also, try running firefox in safe mode.
