Where can I partner with an advertiser where the advertiser is paid based on results?

I want to pay the advertiser based solely on how many customers reference that advertiser. I primarly need print, radio or tv sources for this. On the web, there are plenty of ways to drive traffic, but it is mostly based on click-throughs. I need someone who is willing to get paid based on conversions.

Update:

We presently track sales from advertisers by using a vendor discount code or a pull-down menu. We do a fair amount of radio advertising now and, while some people may not use the pull-down, most of them do. So, if someone hears about us on the XYZ show, they put in XYZ show on the pull-down. We may miss a few people, but not many. For some shows, they get a show discount and we track who uses the discount code. That way, the advertisers get credit for what they generate.

Print, radio or TV -- none. Not one will offer you an ad deal based on conversions.

McDonalds does not pay ABC by the number of people who actually run to a McDonalds and buy a BigMac after the airing of commercials. There's no way to directly attribute the conversion to the ad that was aired or printed.

On the Web, you can partner with pay per action marketplaces such as Commission Junction http://www.cj.com/ or Linkshare http://www.linkshare.com/ and pay only after conversion.

Not going to happen - each of the sources you listed have a finite time or space with which to gather revenue. Once used, it cannot be used again. Due to the limited amount of available revenues that can be gained in this manner, carriers (print and over-the-air) sell their space much like an airline sells their seats (try buying a ticket to Jamaica with the proviso you will only pay for it if you have a good vacation).

The carriers have no control over who visits your site/business and what transactions might result so they will not bet their business on your ability to close a sale.

You can sometimes make deals with companies for space they could not fill. You would have to establish a relationship with them prior and show them your approved ad and strick a deal - that whenever they can offer the terms you afre looking for they should contact you for immediate approval!
