Which states never had a presidential or vice-presidential candidate on the ticket?

Which states have never had on a major party ticket, either as presidential or vice-presidential candidate, anyone born in the state or whose political career was made in that state?

Update:

Update 2:

it will be Obama/Kerry and Huckabee/Thompson tickets.. Kerry has completely subsidized Obama and Thompson dropped out of the race particularly early.. the only element im not sure of isn't any remember if or no longer it will be Huckabee because of the fact the nominee or Romney.. yet a Romney/Thompson value ticket could be appealing besides.. it even rolls off the tongue.. lol
