Finger 11 - Paralyzer, what does this line mean?

I don't get it?

"This club will hopefully

Be closed in three weeks

That would be cool with me"

That doesn't make sense in the rest of the song, or at least to me. Am I missing something?

    Don't worry I didn't get that part of the songs either. It didn't match.

    Its like him not haveing a good time at the bar that he is in but yet he sees the girl but is still not haveing as good as a time as he wishes.

    Atleast thats what i think it means.
