Applause

Am I suppose to be proud
Wearing my heart of my sleeve?
Are they suppose to cheer
When all I do is cry?
What do I expect?
The crowd is nonexistent
But I dont broadcast my shows
Clap for a man behind a curtain
Pay me no attention
For I am not wizard
Just another slave running
From a heart that needs it to be open.

Yes, be proud that you wear your heart on your sleeve. Someday, you will meet a woman who adorns the same attire...and you will be just fine together. If you didn't wear your heart on your sleeve, she would not be The One for you.
