Carousel

Intricate Carousel, that sings a song so pretty, from

A business trip to China. Set on a dresser,

Knocked ruthlessly down. Left, bettered and

Broken. The

Music-box, cranked by the solemn owner, a

Circus song plays,

Slow, cracked and monotone. Destroyed by selfishness. The girl

Cries. Tears fall on the chipped zebra,

Memories of her father already fading.

Broken Carousel, that sang a song so pretty, from
