My girlfriend is having problems...?

when im on my period i dont get mean... i get very low... if your gf is like this then what you need to do is just be there to hug her..... let her know she is PRETTY and LOVED.

periods arent a taboo subject.... so dont make it one. talk to her.

whatever you do.....DONT dismiss any worries/ moodiness/ low moods as 'its that time of the month'.....that makes us feel like it doenst matter that im feeling down.

When a girl is on her period she is very mean PMS you should try to stay ahile while you can because even if you try being nice she will probably jump at you and trust me it wont be pretty.

Sex might help, concerning the pain, but I wouldn't recommend it because it seems you're in an early stage of your relationship.

So, try not to stress her out for the next couple of days, because her hormones go crazy, and you risk having a fight, over the most stupid things. Have a loooooot of patience:) Good luck ;)

Dont stay away... just be understanding. It is a natural part of life. Even though she may be grouchy, it isnt going to change her feelings. Just remember to not make too much of it if she says something to hurt your feelings.

She's bleeding from her uterus. That doesn't mean she has the plague. Don't avoid her, but be aware that she's gonna be a little more irritable.

If all else fails, and you really want to be helpful, ask her what would help.

Girls are stroppy when it comes to periods! So maybe just try not to get on her nerves. x

what's the problem with that...it's normal for us to have a period...and it's normal for us to have mood swings...

well people with there period might get alittle moody. (like mood swings.) it depends.. is she like that? i think you should keep her company :)
