Hhhmmm...sounds like she's trying to get your attention. You can just ignore her but if she really freaks you out just give her the evil look back. Attention-seeking people can't stand being disliked...so then she'll stop and find something else to do. I hope that doesn't sound mean of me?? Anyway, I get stuff like that all the time, but every now and then if someone really freaks me I give the evil stare and they get scared and go away. good luck.

I don't know man. I think William L is on to something. There were girls I thought were mean to me in school only to find out years later they liked me and I didn't know it.

Well some do but some don't...depends on the personality. People who normally stare like that tend to be the more direct personalities so you would think they would make it obvious but as you know women are specialists at indirect behavior and riddled with insecurities when it comes to things like this. She is probably scared of smiling at you out of fear of getting rejected.

she might like you. it's hard to tell with what you have given us to work with. has she said anything to you? what was her tone if she did. i personally think, being a girl myself, that she might like you. ive been known to express my feelings te same way she is. it doesnt usally work lol, but w/e.

this prolly didnt help. im sorry. im not very good at the advice giving, but try talking to her and see what she does. be calm about i, dont approac her and be like, "yo! b***h! what the h**l you lookin at?" try a more polite attempt, like "hey, i saw you looking at me during lunch, and in the hallway. i was just wondering if you like me or something?" dont be rude. us girls hate that. (well i do anyway) lol

It's possible she heard a rumor about you and she is one of those messy kind of girls that likes to build on drama.
