OSHA Question regarding food consumption?

At my office the staff kitchen has been removed. We now have to use the ladies (open to the public) restroom to get water and wash cups, etc. What would OSHA think of this?

OSHA does not have specific regulations prohibiting what you describe. OSHA does say that "potable" (drinkable) water must be available at every workplace, but the situation you describe would meet this requirement.
