You call that an apology, Mr. President?

So PresBO can't even say he's sorry himself? He has to send some lackey to do it for him? How's that for insincere?

Since when has any comment made by a conservative been shrugged off as a simple mistake? Liberals take things out of context in order to be offended; however, when BO insults the mentally handicapped, we're supposed to just say, "Oh, well. People make mistakes."

Sorry, the agressor sets the rules, and the rules have been that, even if you didn't mean it, you have to pay the price. Now that it's one of their own that has stepped in it, the rules have changed?

Sorry, I'm sick and tired of the liberals changing the rules whenever it suits them. Let's have that fair playing field that they're always discussing.

Calm down Skippy, all upset over this? Get a life and get over your political landslide of a loss. Your blame game immature mentality is a shame to the conservative party.

It's time that the conservatives start playing by the same rules as the liberals. When we continue to take the high road, we continue to lose.

We must have a level playing field. Isn't that what the libs keep crying for? Well, let's follow their example. Stay on this gaff until he makes a very public apology and then use his words against him forever.

When you're the only one playing a fair game, you lose. We need to start fighting dirty like the liberals do.

I think it's human nature to praise our own while bashing "them". All people just need to focus on the issues and let the little things go. It's not always easy to do. I think both sides would do well to show a little restraint.

I think that the Republicans should continue to try to be fair and not "play the bash game". We're not always successful, but people can see the difference of behavior between the two camps. Both sides are guilty, but we can't say "well they did it worse than us".

Please.... When people can get on the t.v. and call females nappy headed ******, etc... and not apologize. Why does this comment become an issue? I didn't see what he said as an insult. Quite frankly, some people that are mentally and/or physically challenged may be able to bowl better then what he did. Stop trying to see things for what they ain't. Get a life!

I just love the liberal replies to the questions today about BO's big blunder. They can't defend him, they won't demand a public apology like they do for all conservatives, and they simply change the subject to something some conservative has done in the past.

The point is...are you paying attention liberals...we want the same punishment for the same crime. YOU set the rules, now YOU try living by them.

    Enjoy!!!

What rules are you talking about? When has a conservative ever admitted to making a mistake? Usually conservatives deny anything they say is a mistake. The closest I've heard is when Rush is caught saying something patently incorrect. Then he tries to play it off as a joke. Perhaps conservatives will be able to shrug off mistakes, too, once they admit that they do actually make them.
