Messaging problem with Verizon Wireless Blitz?

I just got the Blitz and it wont send or receive picture messages, it wont pull up the web and its mobile IM wont work... any one else have this problem?

Update:

I have unlimited messaging and all that fun stuff.

Tried *228... didn't work.

Update 3:

I ended up going to verizon and after doing a crap load of diff crap the person called customer service and found out I'm not the only one with the problem. There's a list of people that have just got new phones/upgraded and cant send or receive picture messages.

    I used to with my LG Dare.

    Call *228 and when u get the options press 2. Wait 30 seconds, and ull fone will restart, giving u MMS.

    You might not have it in your plan. All of those actions can be blocked by either the company or whoever's name is on your bill. If your name is the primary one on the plan (you pay the bills) you should check with your provider. They will be able to help you out. Also, go into your settings and select "My Verizon". Go into the My features section and see if any of those options are selected or deselected.

    Also, I would hate to say it, but you got a terrible phone. You will be dialing people from your pants all day long. I know it looks cool. But looks can be deciving. You should check out some other ones if you start to have problems. AND DO NOT GET THE SAMSUNG GLYDE. Also a terrible phone.

    i have a friend who has the blitz, and his can do it. maybe your plan isnt eligible for pic mails and all that. if it is, maybe the phone is broken. you should either call verizon customer service or visit a store.
