I'm gonna ask a Lil Wayne question...please forgive me!?
I just heard a Lil Wayne song and found out that he will have a rock cd coming out in on May 12th. Although I am not a fan, I gotta say that he is smart. He's doing a Kanye West move. If Kanye can come out with an AutoTune singing Cd, then Lil Wayne can come out with an AutoTune Rock Cd. What are your thoughts on this?
@ Soulsister...Yeah, I just heard. Like I said, I'm not a fan, but I heard some song on the radio and the announcer talked ~ it coming out in May.

@ o lawd :|.....I don't think it would have been clever either way, rappin or singin. Lil Wayne and autotune just don't mix IMO.
@ Austen....Actually he's pretty smart too. He had to agree to do it, and realized the potential of the outcome, took a look at what Kanye did, and you see how much 808z and Heartbreaks did...close to 500,000 in the first week, and that's just store and online purchases.

Lil wayne is a smart guy looking to earn the money.
i only heard prom queen and he totally sound like sh!t. the auto tune with the rock music didnt really appeal to me but it will to alot of other people

nicely..lyrically, all of us be responsive to Eminem is unequalled. Lil' Gayne's next album is gonna be a rock album, so i do no longer think of you are able to truly learn the two in terms of sales, Em's (supposedly) worst album as much as now has long previous 4 situations platinum. Lil' Gayne's superb album as much as now has long previous thrice platinum. I additionally desire y'all be responsive to that Lil' Wayne's album isn't popping out on the nineteenth of might anymore (he's scared possibly?) That...and his experts from his label are not so particular the album will stay as much as his followers expectancies, lol. perfect now...The Rebirth's releas date is TBA. Oh nicely..it became into sturdy on a similar time because it lasted, perfect? :) Lmao. 2009 is Shady's 365 days!!!!

I just saw him on St. Patty's day and he did a lot with rock music. He had a live band on top of a DJ and it sounded awesome. The crowd loved it. Basically anything Lil Wayne touches turns to gold, so why not hit up a new fanbase? Apparently he spent the summer with Kid rock learning to play guitar, which he did at ths show. We'll see.

wayne's new album is jus gonna be a bootleg 808z.
It woulda been a clever idea if he was RAPPIN over the rock beat, but he's SINGIN over the rock beat. We all know wayne can't sing worth shyt.

cant stand that autotune crap...but Kanye's Heartless was koo....weezy has the crappiest lyrics ever....i listened to prom queen...it made my ears bleed....yea i can see its all bout money...but whateva.....
