ACC fans.. What happen? 7 teams in the tourney 4 out in round 1?

Yeah, gotta love that ACC baby!!! I loved how on ESPN Reece Davis said that the ACC was humbled.

Paraphrased:"When you are left with UNC, Duke, Maryland after the first round after squawking that you are as deep as the Big East?...maybe not so much..."

Digger, Vitale, Hubert Davis completely stone cold silent. Not one word among the three.

And as for that ACC/Big Ten challenge, I look for the Big Ten to win some of these in the next few years with some of the recruiting classes coming in at Illinois, Indiana, Ohio State and Minnesota.

They ACC has won the ACC/Big Ten Challenge every year since it began in 1999 so the ACC is better than the Big Ten, period. The Big East teams, with the exception of Marquette, haven't played anybody yet and still, Pitt, Louisville and Villanova struggled. Cleveland State did beat Syracuse this year correct? It's all about matchups and the Big East and Big Ten have gotten the most favorable matchups. Remember UNC beating the Big Ten regular season champs by 35 in Detroit? Remember Duke beating the Big Ten tournament champs by 16 on their home floor? Let's see who cuts down the nets on April 6th.

Duke beat the same Michigan team earlier in the year on a neutral court and they are still in the tournament(that's coming from someone who hates Duke). Just how many champions have come from the Big Ten in the last 10 years anyway? Just 1 right (Michigan St in 2000)while the ACC and Big East both have 3. I have nothing against the Big East but the Big Ten is crap.

Screw the ACC and the Big Ten. Look at the Pac 10, 5-1. Or how about the Big 12, 6-0.

Wisc and Mich were both bubble teams and they handled Fla ST and Clemson. USC was only in the tourney because they won the Pac 10 tourney and pumeld BC and i dont even wanna talk about Wake. Terrible!

As an ACC fan, the past few years have been embarrassing.

I certainly think last night settled the better conference talk. I mean jeezus....2 losses to the BIG FREAKING TEN. Yuck.

Honestly I don't care what the other teams in the ACC do.

Im just satified that Duke which is in the ACC is still in the Touranment.

Take the top team of any conference and stick them in the ACC and then let's see how far they go.
