Windows Security User Account Control?
I want turn those user account control off. I tried click on it and nothing happen. as if impossible to turn off. I'm doing some GECK program that block me from save files because of those security. I has look up everything way for toggle to turn off stupid vista. There is no button to turn on/off

Try this stuff this is safe.and workin
1. Launch MSCONFIG by from the Run menu.
2. Click on the Tools tab. Scroll down till you find "Disable UAC" . Click on that line.
3. Press the Launch button.
4. A CMD window will open. When the command is done, you can close the window.
5. Close MSCONFIG. You need to reboot the computer for changes to apply.

Go to Start --> Control Panel --> Control Panel Home - User Accounts and Family Safety --> User Accounts - Change Your Windows Password --> Turn User Account On or Off (at the buttom part of "Make changes to your user account)

There are actually multiple ways to do this.
1. Go into control panel and search for UAC. this doesnt always work.
err, this is faster, heres a link to a page that has a walk through with pictures even in case your unsure on what your doing it will give you a visual refernce.
