    Midol!!!

Also, you can give her a heating pad and put it on her lower abdomen (where the uterus is) and lower back.

It also helps to give her a slow, deep tissue massage in those 2 areas..

My boyfriend will sometimes make a fist and push down on my abdomen, which helps.

Be supportive!! That's what good boyfriends do!

Tell her to take an OTC pain med. Have her take a warm bath or a heating pad on her tummy. Naps always help me too :) Good to bed early and having orgasms really do help relieve cramps. The endorphins that are being flooded through the body block the pain ;)

She should drink green tea that brews pure green everyday.

    White tea everyday.

Chamomile tea, passionflower tea and fennel tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas, painful menstruation, constipation and diarrhea.

Eating extra firm tofu before menstruation to prevent painful menstruation.

Drinking plenty of filtered water especially during menstruation to keep fresh, clean and hydrated.

Drinking golden grapefruit juice and eating lemon with red meat, white meat and haddock to absorb iron.

    Eating fresh fruit and vegetables.

Eating dairy, whole grains, whole wheat and oats.

Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, fast food, junk food and soda because all that junk makes menstruation painful.
