The Villages Florida.....can it be fun for a teenager?

Not really. It is setup to be a retirement community. They do offer some very nice programs for younger children (pre-teen) to enjoy with their grandparents. Most all activities require children to be accompanied by a grandparent. It might be nice to spend a day or so with your grandparents golfing, at the pool, playing shuffleboard or tennis. There are few activities for teens by themselves (2 movie theaters, bowling). Most of the common areas close (town squares, pools, recreation centers) by about 9pm. Heavy security patrols do not tolerate teens hanging around after closing.
