Yes. There was a time that I was homeless. I prayed everyday for two months straight and I received housing. About a week ago I prayed and I asked God to please make things better for me and my son. Such as, getting a two bedroom apartment and for my son's father to gain a relationship with him. Two days ago I received a call about a two bedroom apartment. Today I received a call from my son's father asking to pick his son up so he can spend sometime with him.

Trust me, there is a God and he's good all the time. Not when you want him to be but, in time God will make sure you are okay. Everything happens for a reason and I can recall plenty of situations in my life that only God could help be get out of.

Not only was I praying for my first apartment but, I had a whole church praying for me too. So the power of prayer is amazing. The more people praying for you the more power there is. That's just my belief.

No. You have the same amount of prayers answered by "God" as compared to a can of 7 Up,

    YES.

God answered a prayer for me when I was 35. I had prayed it when I was a kid. It was about being an adult and having a child.

The answered prayer blew me away. There was no other explanation.

That got my sorry butt back to church ASAP!!!

Yes, because many of my prayers have been answered. God has led me through hard times, and has never let go of my hand. God is amazing :)

  • Nope.

[edit:] Statistically, the same number of prayers are "answered," if a person prays to a milk carton than if he prays to a god.

    Absolutely I do!!!

In fact my best read book is all about how to pray more effectively. It is called "How To Hear And Discern The Voice Of God".

You can find out more about it and myself at the following:
