Acer and Toshiba laptops are cheap but are the reliable?
Acer and Toshiba are cheap and look good. Will be going to graduate school so I was wondering if I should go for them??? I will be using it:
1. Microsoft Office (word, pp, excel), checking e-mails
2. Youtube
3. iTunes
4. Research on internet/surfing the web
5. Some online games (once in a while)

i have 2 toshibas and an acer i both have been really great computers. no problems. would buy either one again. but i kind of favor the toshibas a little more. fine for all your going to do

Toshiba is OK but I can't say the same for Acer. Dell and HP are better

All laptops are reliable, it depends how and where youre going to use it. Go for speed of cpu, more ram, large hdd.
