Can Cycling cause Insomnia?
I have really stepped up my training lately, and I've noticed that the days I spend over 2 hours on the bike, I get this weird sleeping pattern of going to sleep at 10 pm, feeling tired. Then I wake up at 1a.m. thinking it's at least 6 a.m. because I feel fully rested. The biking is the only thing different from any other day, so....that's what I guessed it was. Is this a common phenomenon?

Your body now able to di-toxify through sweating more efficiently (normal and health observation)
Your body able to assimilate more efficiently the nutrients in the food you consume regularly (normal and health observation)
You may like to gradually modulate your regular food intake volume
Alternatively you may schedule the time for cycling activities to suit

I just began bicycling again two weeks ago and don't think I've slept more than an hour each of those nights. I don't know what's going on.
