If you buy a car will the insurance company you already have run your driving record again?
I have like two tickets on my record currently. Got two tickets over the weekend (might can get one fixed). Had such a crappy no luck weekend. On a new vehicle will the company run your record or will they just rate you using your current record. I have heard that some ins companies check records once every three years.

Not a hard fast rule, but most companies only check at renewal time if then. Of course they also occasionally ask, and if they do and you aren't honest with them, that gives them an out to not cover you if it's needed. You can always bet they will run it when you make any claims.
