I couldn't catch the name, and I don't have caller id. The name sounded like something Evaluations.

    companies frequently spoof their numbers depending what they are calling you about, so that if you call them back it sends you to an automated interface. They use something along the lines of this

    but much bigger scale

    so, there is no way of knowing if it was really that number that called you.
