How many watts are in the 12 gallon eclipse tank?

This is for anyone that has had/uses this tank. How many watts are in the light that is provided. i know its a compact florescent light bulb and if its possible, what kinds of plants could I put in?

    I'm pretty sure it's a 13 watt light. The best plants for that would be anubias, java fern, willow/java moss, moss balls, aqua fern (unsure of actual name...found them at Petsmart). Low-light plants would be best.
