What to do with this tooth pain?

I already have TMJ but recently a certain tooth has been hurting but its not all the time. It hurts when I eat, or when I bump it but if nothing touches it then I'm fine. Theres a little swelling on that side of my mouth. I'm also on vacation, so should I just wait until I get home or should I find a dentist now? What could the problem be?

Numbing gel is weak. Go to a GNC and ask for Oil of Oregano in dropper form. Take a few drops and place it on the painful area. It will burn a bit, like a hot chili, for a few seconds. Then the pain will subside very fast as the area is numbed for several hours.

My brother-in-law had a huge abscess waiting a month for a dentist but had NO pain from it. He applied the Oil of Oregano twice a day.

    Clove oil is weaker.

Ibuprofen has always worked best for tooth pain for me, but you don't want to take too much, too often. How long before you have insurance? A lot of dentists will make payment arrangements with you, if you have a means to pay. Are you working at all? Could your parents or family help you? Sorry, I know how miserable tooth pain can be.

If its not from sweets or anything then you might be fine.

If it hurts really bad then go.

But if not dont, that would be a drag on your vacation.

try to go to a pharmacy, ask the pharmacist, they have some numbing gel that can help ease the pain.
