Don't feed that to your fish. You have no idea what's in it! Buy Hikari or some other brand fish food from the pet store instead. The pet store fish food is only three to five dollars and it has an ingredients list on it, so you know what you're feeding your fish.
Here is a website where you can buy sinking pellets if you don't have a fish store near you that sells them. http://www.completepetmart.biz/fish-food-pellets.h...
Please don't use that baggie of mystery food.

Fish food never expires...just kidding.
I would never feed my fish something that came in a sandwich bag. Your local pet store should sell sinking pellets. If not, there are plenty of places online with fast shipping and cheap too.

Yes. Fish food expires. But that's kind of creepy. Why did you buy fish food in a plastic sandwich bag? You have no idea that that's actually fish food.

Buy only reputable brands for your fish. Anything that comes in a plastic bag with no lable is cheap quality, don't feed it to your fish. Reputable brands are Hikari, Seachum, and Tetra.
