Eat the most at Breakfast then a normal lunch but don't eat too much at dinner. Don't eat dinner late, like after 5 because you can't burn the energy. It's very snack on fruit and vegetables throughout the day so you are not starving at meal time.

Vegetarian Pizza on pita bread.
You don't need to stick to horrible diets. Just eat right (no takeout food) and exercise like yoga.

The best thing you can do is eat small meals ever 2-3 hours, that will speed up your metabolism, and I like to eat a lean meat and veggie for dinner...
Just walking 30 minutes a day will help tremendously as well
